Gelephu is a small town in the Sarpang District of Bhutan, located about three kilometres from the Gelephu Airport (GLU). It is the administrative centre of the Sarpang District, and is home to a number of government offices and services. The town is surrounded by green hills and is known for its bustling market, where locals come to buy and sell a variety of items, including spices, fabrics, traditional artefacts and more.
