Coffman Cove is a city in the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area of the U.S. state of Alaska. It is located on the west coast of Prince of Wales Island near the entrance to Peril Strait, approximately 80 miles (130 km) southwest of Ketchikan. The city has a population of around 190 people, and is the largest settlement on Prince of Wales Island. The city is known for its rugged beauty, with its towering mountains, lush forests, and a rugged coastline. It is a popular spot for fishing, hunting, and outdoor recreation.
